Isochronic Tones: meaning and working

Isochronic tones brain synchronization is one of the latest forms of brain entrainment available today. So what exactly is brain entrainment? Brain entrainment is the exposure of the brain to waves of sound and light or sound alone. Due to this exposure for sometime, the brain is then expected to respond in the same manner to produce the same kind of waves it is being exposed to. The latter has clearly separated the stimulus exposed to the brain by a moment of silence and which allows the brain to absorb the stimulus. It has generated better results in brain entrainment unlike the binaural entrainment system. The fact that they have to be audible to be effective on the brain is a setback; meaning that it cannot be used on persons who have hearing problems. The Isochronic tones may not work well with brain wave of up to 4 Hz.

Even with the disadvantages that come with it, it is still the best form of brain synchronization there is. Once you have decided on what best suits you, you will have known your limit.
